Get a PassMachine digital card

Generate a PassMachine link for a customer's digital card. The customer must have an existing card; if no card exists, the link cannot be generated.

ID of a template from PassMachine. The ID is available in administration environment of PassMachine. If the parameter is not set, the default template is used.
