Get all districts

Get a list of all districts available in the CareCloud platform. District records represent the second level of geographic subdivision within a country (for example, a county within a region). They are used in audience and segment sociodemographic criteria to filter customers by territory.

Use the region_id parameter to retrieve districts within a specific region, or the district_name parameter to search by name. The list of regions is available at GET /regions.
